Payment
The swimming Place will reserved the slot for three (3) days upon successful registration. Student is required to make first month payment in full via bank transfer within three (3) days to confirm the reserved slot.
• Swimming fee is collected on a monthly basis, payable by the first week on each month.
• Payment can be made either by CASH, PayLah! or PayNow.
• All fees paid are strictly non- refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. There shall be no deduction of fees for any absenteeism.
• The fees for any lesson missed due to school activities (e.g Co-curricular Activities, extra lessons and competition) or other personal reason/events will be charged as usual.
Withdrawal / Suspension
• Any student who wishes to withdraw from the class is required to give a minimum of one (1) Month Notice. Otherwise, a month’s fee is chargeable.
• Any student who wishes to obtain leave of absence for any period of time is required to pay the fee for the respective month(s) in advance in order to secure the place.
Weather Conditions
• There will be NO MAKE UP lessons for lesson cancelled due to unforeseen bad weather. This is to adhere to safety regulations.
• Lessons will proceed as usual unless there is lightning or thunderstorms, therefore please attend classes regardless of weather conditions unless you have been informed of cancellation.
• We reserved the exclusive rights to cancel the lesson in bad weather conditions for safety reasons. The instructor will standby to continue the lesson as soon as the pool is deemed safe for swimming.
• Swimming Lesson will be conduct as usual under drizzling rain condition.
Attendance & Make Up Policy
For Group Lesson
Group lesson schedules are fixed and there will be no compensation or make up lessons for bad weather, absenteeism, late coming or cancellation of any sort. However make-up lesson can be arranged if your child is sick and Medical Certification must be provided. Please be present for your scheduled make-up lesson, otherwise it will be considered forfeited. No further make-up lesson will be scheduled.
For Private Lesson
• Lost time due to late coming or when the pool is close due to whatsoever reason will neither be compensated nor made up.
• Any last minute cancellation will not be entertained unless the student inform the instructor at least two (2) hours before hand after which make-up lessons will have to be arrange directly and in favor to the instructor. (Student has to inform the instructor for postponement latest by Friday if lesson fall on weekends, instructor may not be able to answer call/SMS as they are usually engaged during the weekends).
• Student is responsible to arrange make up lesson if lesson is cancelled.
• All 4 lessons have to be consumed within 30 days starting from the first lesson. Any outstanding lessons will be forfeited with no compensation.
No Swimming lessons / classes will be conducted on the following days stated below. It is the students responsibility to be aware of swim holiday. The Swimming Place will not notify any student of the below dates.
• Singapore Public Holiday
• Chinese New Year Eve, Chinese New Year day 1 up to the 3rd day of lunar calendar.
• 5th week of the month (29th, 30th and 31st of the month)
Responsibility
The Swimming Place and the coaches will NOT held any responsibility for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending this course and this includes all cost and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
